The returns and refunds policy and procedure applies to all returned goods whether they are unwanted gifts, goods for exchange, incorrect items, damaged or defective items. This does not affect your Statutory cancellation rights (see below).
Return of Order
To return items please inform All Celebrity Prints by completing and submitting
this Return Form
(or e-mail/fax or post using the address/information on the “contact us” page) before sending the product back to All Celebrity Prints.
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund of amounts paid. Please note postage will not be refunded unless items are faulty or an incorrect product has been received.
All Celebrity Prints must be informed within 48 hours of the receipt of damaged goods of the intention to return them. (This does not affect your statutory rights on damaged goods).
Cancellation of Order
To cancel an order the consumer must inform All Celebrity Prints in writing (by fax, letter or e-mail). Please note that you are free to cancel your order from the moment you place the order until 7 working days from the day after receiving the goods, All Celebrity Prints will not, however, refund the cost of returning a cancelled order if the goods have already been received by the consumer. Goods should always be carefully packaged and sent back using a reliable delivery service.
All Celebrity Prints will refund the returned item(s) within 30 days of notification of cancellation provided goods have been returned in the condition in which they were sent.
To Change an Order
To change an order simply cancel the first order following the above guidelines and create a new order for the desired alternative.
